Worship Service Live Streaming Information

I just posted this same information on the MTUMC FB page, and shared it on my own FB timeline as a post.  We will be live streaming a “service” this coming Sunday April 5.  Hopefully, if all goes well, this can continue beyond this Sunday for as long as it is needed and wanted.  Many thanks to Logan McGee for helping to get this capability back up and running.

The FB Live Video can be accessed by going to the Mt Tabor FB page and clicking on the left hand side of the screen where it says “Video.”  The FB page can be found by going to Facebook.com and searching for Mt. Tabor UMC East Canton Ohio.

The other way the link can be found is on our own website (www.mttaborumc.com).  At the bottom of that page is the familiar FB logo and the link to the live stream.  Clicking that hyperlink at 10:30 AM Sunday morning should take you right into it.

Two things you can do to help:

• First and most important – there are some of our people who are not computer savvy or who do not have access to a computer.  We are providing an audio bridge that they can dial into from any telephone.  They simply dial 1-844-517-1415 and enter the access code 473-275-277 when prompted starting around 10:25 or so.  That will enable them to listen to the service without video. YOU need to think about who these folks are and contact them with this information.  Friends, neighbors, shut ins, absentee members – all of these can participate in either format if they KNOW about it.  That is where you come in…
• Second – If you are active on FB or other social media platforms, or have an email distribution of your own contacts that you could share this information to promote our service with – you should!  Maybe this will be a golden opportunity to promote our church family as the friendly and welcoming place that it is.  Consider this an easy and low stress way to evangelize a little bit.  All you have to do is get the word out.  God will surely bless the effort.

It was great to hear so many of you on our audio service last week.  It is strange not being together on Sunday morning.  However, we have this new opportunity to share the love of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Please plan to join us and invite your friends, family and neighbors too!  “See” you Sunday!  Call me or email me if you have questions or concerns.
